PS&S is thrilled to share that we have been selected by WinnCompanies to provide architectural, landscape architecture, and engineering services for a $63 million 125-unit Princeton apartment project, The Alice.

Plans for The Alice call for 125 one and two-bedroom apartments, including 100 market-rate units and 25 that will be priced for lower-income renters, along with amenities to support hybrid work.
